At VisioEar by Slivor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
